Experience and expertise
Priyansh has over seven years of experience across investment banking and valuation, advising companies on transactions, fundraising and strategic finance.
His work spans discounted cash flow, market multiple and option pricing methods, applied to equity, intangible assets and complex instruments. Each engagement is scoped to its purpose — the standard of value, valuation date and supporting evidence differ across a regulatory filing, a purchase price allocation, an ESOP grant or a shareholder negotiation.
